If you haven’t had the opportunity to hear Peter Gerhardt speak, he is not to be missed. The workshop hosted by the Center, Bridges to Adulthood, received rave reviews by staff and parents alike. We all left feeling inspired, heartened, and hopeful about the future for individuals with Autism.
One of my favorite Peter quotes from the day: “I’m thoroughly done with talking about what people with Autism can’t do. Let’s talk about what they can do. That’s where the fun is.”
